Stonewater Inc. has refined a series of internal checklists and benchmarks for all of our projects. Because every project must be done in a timely manner without compromising on quality, Stonewater has developed a system whereby our project management team builds each project out on paper before work ever begins. Each day, the team gathers to ensure that the critical path items are addressed. The day is bookmarked at the end of the day as an accountability meeting. Between these bookend days, our team goes granular on each scope item, with detailed checklists and a cloud-based tracking system.
