White Plains, NY – November 14, 2006: Stonewater Partners announced today that it has launched the Stonewater National Community Arts Program at its Water Tower Hill Portfolio in Burlington, VT.

Stonewater Partners has teamed with Burlington City Arts to provide rotating galleries of art and sculpture from local artists. The installations can be viewed in the lobbies of 302, 354 and 356 Mountain View Drive and currently feature Casey Blanchard (monotypes), Jill Madden (impressionist, oil landscapes) and Sara Katz (abstract landscapes). Commenting on the new program, Jeffrey Toporek, a Stonewater principal, stated "The Stonewater National Community Arts Program is an exciting opportunity to support local artists around the country. We are reviewing expanding the program throughout our entire portfolio within the next year."

In addition, Stonewater welcomes Mortgage Financial, Inc. to its roster of prestigious tenants at 354 Mountain View Drive. David Stade - also a Stonewater principal - added, "The Mortgage Financial transaction demonstrates the strong leasing velocity at the properties. We currently have letters of intent with tenants that will bring occupancy in the portfolio to 87% by year-end."
