Stonewater Leases 9,745 Square Feet to National Life Insurance Company
at Water Tower Hill in Burlington, VT
White Plains, NY – October 9, 2006:
Stonewater Partners announced today that it has leased 9,745 square feet at 354 Mountain View Drive, part of the prestigious Water Tower Hill office park in Burlington, VT.
The new lease brings current occupancy to 82% among Stonewater’s three buildings in the Park. Commenting on the transaction, Jeffrey Toporek, a Stonewater principal, stated "We are very excited to add National Life to our portfolio of prestigious tenants at Water Tower Hill. We wish them much success in their new location and hope to grow our relationship with them."
David Stade, also a Stonewater principal, added "the National Life transaction demonstrates the leasing momentum at the properties. We currently have letters of intent with tenants that will bring occupancy in the portfolio to 87% by year-end."
