The new tenants include Autodesk (NASD:ADSK), Vertek and the Vermont Spine Intervention Center. The new leases bring current occupancy to 91% among Stonewater’s three buildings in the Park.

Autodesk is a Fortune 1000 company founded in 1982 with the creation of AutoCad. Today it is the world leader in 2D and 3D design software for the manufacturing, building and construction, and media and entertainment markets. Founded in 1988, Vertek is a privately held professional services firm focused on helping telecommunication service providers to reduce costs, improve customer experiences, and increase revenue by providing business solutions, process outsourcing, process optimization and business consulting in the areas of engineering/order management, network migrations, financial assurance and contract management. The Vermont Spine Intervention Center is a medical practice founded by Drs. Tarver and Borrello, formerly of Fletcher Allen.
