Patriot Technical Consulting, a subsidiary of MPS Group (NYSE:MPS) and Entegrity Solutions. Executive Tower is a 58,719 square foot Class A office building leased to eight tenants and is currently 85% occupied. The Property is ideally located at Exit 1 off Route 3 just over the Massachusetts border.

MPS Group, Inc. provides staffing, consulting, and business solutions to various industries in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and continental Europe. MPS Group was founded in 1992 as Accustaff Incorporated and changed its name to MPS Group, Inc. in 2002. Entegrity Solutions is a leading provider of Application Security for Java-based web, portal and web services applications.
