Stonewater Partners Purchase Historic Milwaukee Office Building Portfolio
Los Angeles, CA - September 1, 2006

Historic Milwaukee Portfolio :: Milwaukee, WI

The portfolio consists of three, historic office buildings,: the Loyalty Building, the Mitchell Building, and the Mackie Building. The buildings were constructed in 1874, 1879 and 1886 with a level of craftsmanship that would be very difficult and cost-prohibitive to replicate today. Inside the Mackie Building is the Grain Exchange Room, one of the top banquet halls in Milwaukee. The Portfolio had significantly below market rents and will benefit from meticulous management. The Portfolio is an example of Stonewater's value-add historic building investment strategy.
