The portfolio consists of three, historic office buildings,: the Loyalty Building, the Mitchell Building, and the Mackie Building. The buildings were constructed in 1874, 1879 and 1886 with a level of craftsmanship that would be very difficult and cost-prohibitive to replicate today. Inside the Mackie Building is the Grain Exchange Room, one of the top banquet halls in Milwaukee. The Portfolio
